PINBALL NETWORK TOPOLOGY

Basic Concepts
1. The Pinball Routing Algorithm attempts to establish a reliable connection for packet delivery between two computers that exist within a collection of peer-of-peer connected mesh computer.

2. Each peer in a Pinball mesh is identified by longitude, latitude, and screenname.

- Combination of the three identifiers must be unique across the mesh network space. In other words, no two peers can have the same screenname within RF range of each other.
- The longitude and latitude need only be accurate enough to identify the RF radius of a peer.

3. Pinball routes consist of a series of hops beginning at the originating peer and progressing between successive peers getting closer to the destination peer with each hop.
