Dallas Voting, What the HELL!
VOTE EARLY AND OFTEN
The County was overwhelmed with Mail-In votes, some real, some not. A COMPUTER PROGRAM
PURGED at least 53,485 votes. The Open Records Project analyzed the PURGED votes as follows:
48,727 used some variation of the VoterName to possibly vote multiple times
USING THE SAME StateIDNumber.
228 voters cast votes by mail and then again in person.
28,677 Mail-In votes had different DateBallotRequested values. (This may indicate
several Mail_In ballot requests for the same voter.)
46,280 used some variation of the same address or completely different addresses.

The vote PURGING COMPUTER PROGRAM was particularly active Oct 16, Oct 20, and Oct 21.
The County reported total vote REMOVALS as of October 28 was 53,485.

Many but not all of the PURGED votes by registered voters had votes
CAST BY A COMPUTER PROGRAM in their names at a later date.
In the midst of the chaos the County made a criminal referral to the District
Attorney regarding unsolicited Mail-In ballots.
BACKGROUND
The Open Records Project has published Voter Registration for nearly
a quarter century. This year we're finding some really crazy stuff
in the Vote Rosters.
SOME HIGHLIGHTS
1. If you are running the County voting computer and are overwhelmed by thousands and
thousands of potentially fraudulent Mail-In votes,
Write a computer program to PURGE 53,485 votes.
Which votes do you remove?
Let the computer program figure that out. Who wrote it? Who knows?
2. If your computer program PURGES TEN CITY BLOCKS of voters in University Park,
no problem.
Just write another computer program to create a VOTE FOR MOST BUT NOT ALL of
those voters at a later date.
Who wrote the program to CAST THE VOTES?
Did the program decide which candidates to back or did it just EDIT THE VOTING DATE
on a previously PURGED vote. Who knows?
Why bother with elections. Its the 21st Century. The computers can VOTE FOR US.

3. If you're from out of the area,
not registered in Dallas County, and
feel like voting, NO PROBLEM.
The County will accept your vote just like it accepted the votes of dozens of
UNREGISTERED SMU students and REPORTED them in their Daily Voting Roster.
4. If your parents own several homes,
you just turned 18,
have never voted before, and
feel like practicing your voting skills,
VOTE FROM MULTIPLE ADDRESSES with THE SAME VOTERID, ON THE SAME DAY, IN PERSON,
AT THE SAME CHURCH.

5. If you want to give your candidates an edge,
don't send "Absentee Request Forms" to your potential voters,
illegally make the Absentee Ballot Requests yourself, and
send your voters tens of thousands of UNSOLICITED LIVE BALLOTS. For good
measure send them a couple (in case one gets lost).
6. If several of your voters who received UNSOLICITED LIVE BALLOTS do the right
thing and turn in the ballots when they go to vote in person,
destroy their Mail-In ballots.
Let them vote in person, and
the next day PURGE THEIR IN PERSON VOTES.
SOURCES OF INFORMATION
All the Open Records Project data has been provided by the Dallas County Election
Department. The Voter Registration Database was received October 13, 2020
following an Open Records Request by The Dallas Examiner. The Mail-In and Early
Voting Rosters were downloaded daily from the County's computers. All Texas counties
are required by law to publish daily voting rosters.
SMU STUDENTS AND OTHER UNREGISTERED VOTERS
Here are the first 100 Mail-In ballot voters who voted WITHOUT A STATEIDNUMBER. They
are UNREGISTERED. Note lots of Mail-In ballots were REQUESTED and RETURNED ON THE
SAME DAY. Were the Mail-In ballots requested and delivered in person....to

This 18 year old voter living in a $1.3 million house decided to also vote from her
parent's $2.6 million home. The County may have caught this. In addition, neither
parent appears to be registered.
Notice that she allegedly voted from TWO DIFFERENT RESIDENCES on the SAME DAY, IN PERSON, at the SAME CHURCH.

>>> UPDATE: Miss Chaney contacted the ORP through the whistleblower link. She claims she
accidentially registered twice but even though the County reported her voting twice
she claims she only voted once. That is quite possible. We've have asked to interview
her and have contacted Dallas Elections for an answer. We will keep readers posted.
>>> UPDATE 11/5: The ORP interviewed Beth Biesel, the election judge for UP Methodist
polling location where the County reported Miss Chaney voted.
The judge was able to find a single signature for Miss Chaney's voting on October 15.
We rate this as a County of Dallas problem for reporting multiple votes.
We are sorry for any inconvenience the County of Dallas reporting has caused Miss Chaney.
We have continued to ask the County to clarify how a double vote like this could be reported.
We take these allegations very seriously. The integrity
of the voting process is our utmost concern. The issue in
question has been referred to the District Attorney's
Office. The Department is cooperating fully with the
District Attorney's Office, and due to the ongoing nature
of the investigation, we are not able to comment any further.

ACTIVISTS SCREWED THEIR OWN VOTERS
The Open Records Project interviewed voter Judith Burnett in person. She claims she
and her husband received UNSOLICITED MAIL-IN BALLOTS. They chose to vote EARLY IN
PERSON. On October 15 they took the Mail-In ballots to the poll and turned them in.
They then VOTED IN PERSON. The next day the County PURGED THEIR IN-PERSON VOTE.

BLOW AWAY TEN CITY BLOCKS
The County PURGED most of the votes cast on this University Park street. Most were
Mail-In votes. Most of the PURGED voters apparently had later VOTES CAST BY A
COMPUTER PROGRAM, except for the BURNETTs who actually voted IN PERSON. The
multi-homed reportedly multi-voting Hailey was removed but later the County COMPUTER
CAST A VOTE in her name.

DID YOUR VOTE ACTUALLY GET COUNTED?
The Open Records Project has turned the County Early Voting Roster into a searchable database.
We last updated it October 30 with the Final Early Vote Roster. If you VOTED EARLY it is possible
that your vote was PURGED by the County's computer program. (See the Burnett case described above.)

WHAT THE DATA TELLS
1. Dallas County just scrapped nearly new computerized voting machines to purchase
another computerized voting system. The primary purpose of that system was to allow
REGISTERED VOTERS to vote only ONCE.
That system or the people who ran it has FAILED in massive catastrophic and inexcusable
fashion.
2. Computers can drive cars, fly airplanes, and deliver groceries. They SHOULD NEVER
be allowed to PURGE a vote or MAKE a vote. A Dallas County computer program is apparently
doing both of those on a large scale. A fairly narrow reading ot Texas law regarding
tampering with a State document would indicate that every VOTE CAST BY A COMPUTER program
is possibly a felony.
3. Absentee Voting has always been subject to fraud because of the difficulty of
establishing voter identity. That will never change. Absentee Voting should probably
be limited to astronauts, voters in rest homes, and long-haul truckers.
4. Automated systems can be powerful work saving tools. But like any tool, a computer
can be used as a powerful force for evil.

WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO
An organization is collecting affidavits in support of a post-election lawsuit. Fill
in what happened and return it to their address. They are a Conservative group but say
