We Don't Need No Stinkin' Registrations

Bandit Actor Alfonso Bedoya coined the motto of Dallas County Elections.

Dallas Elections reported 5,565 Early Voting votes by UNREGISTERED VOTERS. Search your community to find these "voters" here: SEARCH FOR UNREGISTERED VOTERS

PROBABLY NOT REAL VOTERS.
University Park United Methodist Church allegedly voted 22 unregistered In-Person voters from zip code 75205. We interviewed Election Judge, Beth Biesel, regarding the 22. As a response she described helping a voter trying to fix a mistake with the Electronic Poll Book. Even after calling downtown the individual was not able to vote.

In her view it was not possible for one much less 22 unregistered voters to vote at UP Methodist. This should not be surprising since the primary purpose of the Electronic Poll Books is to limit voting to those who are registered.

The chart below shows the number of unregistered votes the County reported but COUNTED from October 6 until October 30. The next chart shows voters purged by day. Notice the spike in both purged votes and unregistered votes on October 20. We would like to know why that day was special.

None of the StateIDNumbers for these voters from the Dallas Vote Roster are registered, yet the County reported and COUNTED all their votes in the recent election.
The Orlando's sold the house on Haynie June 1, 2004 and left the area.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED?
It is possible that thousands of people who used to be residents returned in the final three weeks before the election. It is possible that Dallas County recorded these thousands of late registrations after they provided The Open Records Project the Voter Registrations on October 13. However the final registration date for the November 3 election was October 4.

We believe it's also possible most of these "votes" were created inside the Voting Computer by whomever purged thousands of In-Person and Absentee votes. The following facts support the computer hacking argument:

1. Most of the unregistered appear to have no Dallas presence. They have no social media trail, own no property, and belong to no visible groups or schools.
2. Many of them used to live in Dallas decades ago, and have long since gone.
3. Many have not voted in a Dallas election in the past 10 years. A few voted only once.
4. The election judges with whom we spoke indicate that voting as an unregistered voter is close to impossible.

The hacker possibly found a list of lapsed voter registrations from voters who moved out of the area or died.

Below are some of the unregistered voters who voted in 2020 who were registered in years past.

# From 2008, Count 121
SELECT * FROM `unregistered_voters_who_voted_dallas2020` n

SELECT * FROM `unregistered_voters_who_voted_dallas2020` n

We've asked the County for explanations for the past two months and none have been forthcoming.

Inquiring citizens want to know. Is voting in Dallas County an election or a lottery?

As always, if you know something, says something, and say it to The Open Records Project. WHISTLEBLOWER@openrecords.org.
