The gunmen began killing unarmed young attendees of the week-long Nova Music Festival. Three hundred sixty four attendees were murdered. The gunmen then attacked civilians at seven nearby kibbutzes. The total number of civilian Jews killed in six hours was reportedly 1,194.

For the Israeli population of 9.3 million, the massacre was the equivalent of the deaths from 36 Twin Towers collapses.

Almost immediately coordinated and apparently well-funded anti-Jewish protests and riots began across European and American college campuses. Organized Anti-Jewish Riots

Some high schools joined anti-Jewish protests. Highland Park ISD in Dallas, Texas joined the support with a "Cultural Fest" presentation that removed Israel from the world map and failed to mention Gaza was controlled by a terrorist organization known as Hamas.

Hamas is the de facto controller of Gaza and an outgrowth of The Muslim Brotherhood.

The Brotherhood is considered a terrorist organization by the governments of Bahrain, Egypt, Russia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. The US Department of State National Counterterrorism Center also designated Hamas as a terrorist organization due to a variety of murders of Jewish civilians. State Department Terrorist List

In 2001 the U.S. designated a charity known as The Holy Land Foundation as a terrorist organization. It was headquartered in Richardson, Texas and run by Palestinian-Americans. At that time the Holy Land Foundation was the largest Islamic charity in the United States.

According to the Department of Treasury, HLF was making donations to Hamas run charities, (zakat committees) and to schools "that served Hamas's ends by encouraging children to become suicide bombers and to recruit suicide bombers by offering support to their families".

HLF helped Hamas build a grassroots support amongst the Palestinian people; and these charity fronted organizations served a dual purpose of laundering the money for all of Hamas's activities.

In 2008 according to the Agence France-Presse the US trial of the HLF leaders was the "largest terrorism financing prosecution in American history." In 2009, the founders of the organization were given sentences of between 15 and 65 years in prison for "funnelling $12 million to Hamas".

MEET THE FAMILY
The Arab-Palestinian instigator of the Highland Park "Culture Fest" shares the name of the notable Shalabi family.

Mustafa Shalabi was the alleged fund-raiser for the first World Trade Center bombing and was subsequently murdered in a dispute with the "Blind Sheik".

Abdul Rahman Shalabi fought for Al Qaeda. Documents show him to be part of Osama Bin Laden's security detail. He was Guantanmo internee Number 42.

Hana Shalabi was arrested as a member of Palestine Islamic Jihad and recently released in a Hamas-Islaeli prisoner swap.

After the Gaza massacre of Jews, Highland Park ISD dodged an open records request for anti-Semitic activity with the following written statement:

"Highland Park ISD does not utilize any curricula that emphasize anti-Semitic themes, nor do we have a searchable database of all our curricula that would allow us to find a particular phrase."
